Pepperoni Pockets
Pepperoni Pockets
I think I mentioned these one other time but didn't give the recipe for them. So, we had them again for lunch today, so I made sure to take pictures and now am going to post the recipe for you all to enjoy.
first I make the dough....just in my mixer
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
3/4 warm water
1/4 cup oil
(Seasonings)
Mix together until well kneaded together.
Pull apart into 1" sections. Roll out flat in a rectangle shape. Top with 5-6 pepperoni's mozz cheese, a little garlic salt and I throw a dash of cheddar on there for extra flavor.
Fold the other side over to close the pocket up and pinch the edges shut.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Until golden brown to your liking. We like to dip it in pizza sauce while we eat it.
yummy! ;)

Tried this recipe tonight - yummy! My girls loved it too- they love anything they get to "dip" - haha!
I was going to experiment with using frozen dough. The rolls. Do you think that will work ok?
