Steamed Veggies


I have a steamer for the microwave.  So, I put the water in the bottom.  Put the veggies of choice on the tray above the water, then cook for 5-6 minutes until the veggies are soft and tender.
You could also just cook them in water until you also get this desired softness.  But watch them, you don't want them to turn to mush.

Sprinkle with seasonings of your choice.  I used, pepper, lawry's and Mrs. Dash.
