Brown Sugar Chicken (GFDF)

Brown Sugar Chicken

4-6 Chicken breasts
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp soy sauce (make sure it's gluten free)
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 can lemon-lime soda

Place chicken in the crockpot.  In a bowl mix together the brown sugar, black pepper, minced garlic and soy sauce.  Then spread over the chicken.  Add the vinegar and lemon-lime soda to the crockpot.  It may bubble.  Cover and cook on low for 6-9 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
Serve warm over rice.

This is a great crockpot meal.  Super simple to put together.
And better yet, Gluten free and dairy free!
