Salsa Chicken GFDF

With the help of the homemade cream of mushroom recipe, you can make this meal Gluten Free and Dairy Free.

Salsa Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts
1 1/4 cup homemade cream of mushroom (click the link to see how to make it)
2 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning (click the link to see how to make it)
1 small jar of salsa

Make your cream of mushroom soup.  Mix it together with jar of salsa and 2 Tbsp of taco seasoning (or a package from the store).  Put your chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.  Pour the sauce mixture over top.  Cook in the crocokpot on high for 4 hours.

We used our gluten free tortilla chips to dip in with the chicken and salsa mixture.
