Deviled Eggs for Lunch!

Who said you can't have deviled eggs for lunch?

Eggs (you pick how many)
Mayonaise (gluten free)
celery salt
pepper
vinegar

Boil the eggs.  Run under cold water to cool them so they will be easier to peel.  Use a spoon to help peel the shell off.  Cut in half.  Scoop the yolks out into a bowl.  Mix in some mayo start with a little scoop.  Amount varies depending on how many eggs you are using.  Mix in a dash of celery salt and pepper.  Then add 1 tsp of vinegar.  If it is still dry, mix in a little more mayo until it comes to a smooth and creamy mixture.  Then scoop back into the hallows of the halved eggs.
Eggs are great in protein.  If you can eat them as egg salad, then why can't deviled eggs, be the gluten free persons egg salad 'sandwich'?

Enjoy a gluten free dairy free meal. :)
