Kitchen Tips v4

Have you ever just needed another pan/cookie sheet, or a smaller pan so you can fit them both side by side in the oven?

Do you have a lid for your metal 9x13 cake pan? 

Well then you have another cooking sheet....the LID!



My mom did this, therefore, I do it too.  Second nature for me to do it really.  Until the first time TJ noticed I did it and said, huh....you're using the lid as a pan.  That's when I thought, you mean not everyone does this? :)

I mainly use it for garlic bread or something that just needs a toasting in the oven for a few minutes.  I've never tried it for cookies.  I'm too stuck on my pampered chef pans for that!
