Italian Chicken & Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes

New Recipe tonight...... :)



Italian Chicken

1 envelope dry Italian dressing
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 chicken breasts

Mix the dry Italian dressing with melted butter. Dip both sides of the chicken in the butter mixture.  Place in a 9x13 pan and top with parmesan cheese.  Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken comes out at the right temperature.  (I had to cook it longer, to get the biggest piece of chicken to the right temp, and because my chicken wasn't completely thawed yet when I put it in the oven)

Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes


8-10 red potatoes
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 stick of butter
salt

First I started the water to boil with the fresh pressed garlic in the water.  Then cut the red potatoes into cubes and bring to a boil until tender.  Mash and blend together with 1 stick of butter and salt.
