I have a couple recipes that use Alfredo. I will only use my homemade alfredo sauce, verses a jar of alfredo sauce from the store. It makes a HUGE difference in the taste!
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (real shredded kind)
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley
Melt butter and add cream. Add seasonings. Add cheese in small increments. Stir while sauce thickens.
There you have it. I use this in my basic Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo Lasagna, and Chicken Alfredo Soup.
