Scalloped Corn


2 cans creamed corn
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (8oz) sour cream

Mix all together and put it in a 9x11 pan.  (Not a 9x13)
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Top with cheese for the last 10-15 minutes.
