Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
This was our dinner on Sunday, which I was going to blog about on Sunday, but blogger was doing some sort of update, so here it is today.
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
First make your own Alfredo Sauce
Alfredo sauce-
1 container (approx 2 cups) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp butter
black pepper, oregano, parsley
Noodles
1 chicken breast
broccoli
seasonings
First make your own Alfredo Sauce. Melt the butter, add the whipping cream. Bring to a slight boil. Add the parmesan little by little stirring. When you feel it has thickened it is ready. Cook the chicken add seasonings, and chop up. Use already chopped frozen broccoli, or chop it yourself. Add the cooked chicken and the chopped broccoli to the sauce. Let stand on low heat to warm through. Cook the noodles as normal. When they are done serve sauce mixture over the noodles of your choice. TJ’s favorite noodles for this are the bowties. :)
I think TJ gives this a 9 out of 10. There are very, very few things he will label a perfect 10....I think 2 of those are Alfredo Soup, and Alfredo Lasagna. :)

I'm right there with TJ on this one and I haven't even tried it! Anything "alfredo" has to be good.
