Pool Fun

We decided to get a big pool instead of a swingset for now.    It's 16 feet across and 4 feet deep.

My children are like fish.  They love, love the water.  They would stay in forever!  So with the pool in town being super expensive, and parks being free.....we decided to get a pool instead.  TJ worked on leveling out the ground while he was home alone all last week.  Then setting it up.  We put the water in on Saturday, which took almost all day to fill up with the garden hose.  Then you have to start the filter and let it run for 24 hours before you can swim in it.....so we did that on Sunday.  And today, it was all ready to swim, along with beautiful weather outside.  It was a little bit cloudy, but there was enough break in the clouds for it to be warm.  And the water really wasn't that bad, which I was surprised at.

Looks like they were having fun.  I've gotta admit.  I was having a blast as well.  I've never had my own pool before.  I super duper loved it.  We swam this morning, and again late this afternoon.

And tomorrow if we want to swim again, we can cuz it's just in the back yard.
