1 cup butter
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

I think you left out 1 Egg on your ingredient list. I see your instructions say to add it, so I'm assuming it's only 1 egg. That's what my recipe calls for. I'm trying to compare them because I want to make sure I have a good recipe this year! Your pics look good, so I'm gonna try it!

Tried these today. I'm not sure if I used this recipe last year or not. But you may also want to add to spray the pan. Mine stuck pretty good. Thanks for posting it! They're yummy!
