Mint Chocolate Fudge

1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Andes mint baking chips

Melt all together little by little, in the microwave, stirring in between.  Add the mint baking chips last.  Pour into a wax paper, lined pan.  Sprinkle a few more mint chips on top and let cool to harden.

Cut into small bite size pieces to enjoy.

The picture show a double batch so it is spread out in a larger jelly roll pan.
