Lemon Herb Chicken Ring
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup red pepper
3 tsp parsley
1 lemon for 1 Tbsp zest
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups mozz
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 pkg crescent rolls
Cook chicken and dice. Dice bell pepper. Mix toghether the chicken, pepper, parsley, garlice, mozz, mayo, lemon zest seasonings and parmesan.
Unroll the crescent rolls in 16 triangles. Arrange, overlapping in a circle the wide end together. The points of the triangle will hang off the round stone.
Spoon the mixture evenly over the dough in a continuous circle.
Bring the points of the traingle up over filling and tuck under dough at the center of the circle. (filling will show through the cracks)
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
