Pork and Bean Hotdish

This was a new recipe we had at my moms.  It was pretty good.  TJ gave it a 7 out of 10.

5-6 potatoes
1/2 cup onion
1 lp cooked hamburger
1 large can Bushes Pork & Beans
1 can tomato soup
6-8 slices raw bacon

Cook the hamburger.  Peel and chop the potatoes and line the bottom of the pan.  Next layer on the onion,  cooked hamburger, pork and beans, pour tomato soup over whole thing and the raw bacon is the last layer.  You could do as much bacon as you want but we did 6 pieces this time.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

would you say this would feed 4 adults and 5 small kids.
Or should I double it? And do you recommend doubling it in the same pan or making 2 pans?
