2 lbs frozen hash browns (square potato, not the shredded potato)
8 oz. cheddar cheese
16 oz sour cram
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 stick butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, put in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 40-60 minutes.
Or put in a crock pot on low for 4 hours.
I usually cook mine in the crockpot. But my mom put them in the oven this time.
