Ground Beef Spiral Bake

8 oz spiral pasta
1 lb hamburger
1/3 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1 large can spaghetti sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cups mozz cheese

Cook pasta.  Cook beef and onion.  Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.  Drain.  Stir in the spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, basil and oregano. (I also added some crushed red pepper) Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5-10 minutes.  Stir pasta into meat  mixture.  Transfer in a 9x13 pan.  Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese.  Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.

**I did not precook my noodles this time and it turned out just fine.  They were the quick cook rotini noodles.  I'm not sure if that made a difference or not. ?!
