Hash
This is a simple dish. And something you may just have stuff laying around for that could be a quick meal when you have almost nothing else left to make.
1 lb hamburger (ground beef)
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs has browns
1/4 cup oil
Fry the beef with the onion. In another frying pan, fry hash browns in oil until browned. Mix with meat mixture, salt and pepper to taste.
For a little something extra serve with some eggs, and have a breakfast style meal for supper!
