Taco Bowls

This was such a fun meal.  Something traditional but yet with a simple twist to make you feel like you were in a restaurant! :)

Flour Tortillas
1 lb hamburger with taco seasoning
salsa
sour cream
1 head of lettuce
tomato
cheddar cheese
western dressing

To make the tortilla bowls....
Find a jar or something that can go in the oven and that you can drape the tortilla over.  I covered it with tin foil for cleanliness.
Put a small dab of oil on a plate and spread it out thin.  Put the tortilla on the plate and put in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften it up.  This helps it mold onto the jar better.  Take it out of the microwave and flip it over to help spread some of the extra oil on the other side.

Drape over the jar and press down to help form the shape.

Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.  Take them off the jar and bake for another  1-2 mintues to help crisp up the bottom.

Fill with lettuce, meat, and toppings of your choice!

ENJOY!
