Sesame Roasted Broccoli

Sesame Roasted Broccoli

4 Bunches of fresh broccoli
Sesame Oil
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 420.
Cut the broccoli, and place in a big bowl.  Pour in about 1-2 Tbsp of olive oil, and toss to evenly coat.  Add salt and pepper to taste, tossing to coat.  Place on a pan, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Sesame Oil, and Soy sauce and bake another 10-12 minutes.  Serve over warm rice.

TJ was impressed with this as a meal, even though there was no meat involved.  Simple yet delicious!
