Mashed Potatoes (GFDF)




Mashed Potatoes

6-8 medium potatoes, peeled
1 cup original almond milk
1 Tbsp coconut oil
salt & pepper
garlic cloves

Peel and boil the potatoes with the pressed garlic cloves, until potatoes are tender, drain water.  Mash with milk and coconut oil.  Sprinkle in salt and pepper to your liking.
