Snowing

Right now it is snowing out. Yes, snowing. It's actually sticking to the grass. I think that means it's about time to decorate for Christmas. Although it's freezing cold outside, it's a comfortable 69 degrees in our house. And we haven't turned the heat on yet. The new Sunheat heater works great! I'm hungry. It's time for a snack(leftover lunch).

I can't believe it snowed today up there. We were just there yesterday and it was a balmy 50 something outside. Right now it is 49.5 degrees outside here and the wind is blowing a hundred miles an hour, well, maybe I'm exaggerating a little but it is really, really windy.

The national emblem of Belarus, which replaced the historic Pahonia arms in a 1995 referendum, features a ribbon in the colors of the national flag, a map of Belarus, wheat ears and a red star. It is sometimes referred to as the coat of arms of Belarus, although this is incorrect due to the lack of several heraldic elements. The emblem is an allusion to the one used by the Byelorussian SSR, designed by I.I. Dubasov in 1950. Emblems reminiscent of the times of the Soviet Union are also used by the nations of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and the region of Transnistria.
