Peel, and cut up potatoes into small squares. Lay on a layer of tin foil. Top with lawry's seasoning, and 1/2 stick of butter cut up. fold up the sides of the tinfoil. Leaving the potatoes in a flat layer. I place another piece of tin foil on top to hold in the moisture. Grill, and enjoy!
See the potatoes on the top of this plate? A great side to any grilled meal! Yum.
Soft, some with a little crisp from the butter, and very flavorful from the lawry's seasoning.
