Garlic Chicken
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
parmesan cheese
chicken breasts
Press fresh garlic, and mix in with the oil. Microwave to warm together about 1 minute. Dip the chicken in the oil/garlic mixture. Place in a deep pan. Top with the rest of the garlic/oil mixture, and sprinkle on some parmesan. Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
*The recipe also called for croutons so you'd mix the croutons with the parmesan and after dipping in the oil you coat in the crouton/cheese mixture. I have another recipe similar called Parmesan chicken, so to help make it different, even though it already is, I decided to try this one without the croutons.
