2 cucumbers
1/2 cup mayo
celery salt
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar, dissolved in vinegar
pepper to taste
Peel and slice the cucumbers. Mix the mayo with the vinegar/sugar mixture. Sprinkle in the celery salt and pepper if desired. Stir together. Let chill to soak in the sauce flavor. Serve cold.
This does not save well. Only make as much as you are going to eat. Great side dish, especially in the summer time, or if you want it to feel like summer time. :)
