Fudge Stripe Salad



 Fudge Stripe Salad


This is a recipe my mom has made my whole life.  I made it this year for a side dish for the Easter Sunday meal.

2 cups buttermilk
2 (3 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz coolwhip
1 can mandarin oranges
Fudge Stripe cookies

Directions:
Mix buttermilk and pudding.  Beat until thick.  Drain oranges and add to pudding.  Fold in the cool whip and chill.  Add cookies crushed just before serving.
