Pie Crust

This recipe makes 2 pie crusts.

2/3 cup butter flavored crisco
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4-6 tsp water

Mix together crisco and  half the flour and salt using a fork or a pastry blender.  Slowly add the rest of the flour and water until it gets to a dough consistency.   Roll out in between 2 pieces of wax paper.  This way you don't have to use flour risking ruining the consistency of the dough.
